Strutture ricettive in Campania, ecco i Fondi per ristrutturazione e riqualificazione energetica

FINALITA’ DELL’ INTERVENTO Credito d’imposta per Spese di Ristrutturazione e Riqualificazione Energetica di Strutture Ricettive.

Le risorse stanziate ammontano complessivamente a € 220.000.000,00 fino al periodo d’imposta 2019.

SOGGETTI BENEFICIARI La struttura alberghiera (alberghi, pensioni, resort, hotel&residence, motel, villaggi albergo, residenze turistico-alberghiere, alberghi diffusi, condhotel e marina resort) :

• esistente al 01/01/2012;

• composta da almeno sette camere, anche se situate in uno o più edifici.


Sono agevolate le seguenti spese:

1. – di manutenzione straordinaria;

– di restauro e risanamento conservativo;

– di ristrutturazione edilizia;

(art.3,co.1, lett. b), c) e d) D.P.R 380/2001 “Edilizia”.

2. di incremento dell’efficienza energetica;

3. per l’eliminazione delle barriere architettoniche;

4. per “ulteriori interventi”, comprese quelle per acquisto di mobili e componenti di arredo da interno ed esterno; rifacimento e sostituzione di cucine e attrezzature professionali per la ristorazione; attrezzature per sale convegni, sportive e per parchi giochi; arredi e strumentazioni per centri benessere interni alla struttura.

N.B.: Le spese dovranno essere effettivamente sostenute e risultanti da apposita attestazione rilasciata da professionista abilitato (revisore, commercialista, esperto contabile, consulente del lavoro, responsabile caf).

CARATTERISTICHE DEL FINANZIAMENTO L’importo massimo delle spese ammissibili è pari a 666.667,00 euro, su cui viene riconosciuto un credito d’imposta del 30% per un totale massimo pari a 200.000,00 euro, diviso in tre quote annuali di pari importo.

Il Credito d’Imposta potrà essere utilizzato esclusivamente in compensazione attraverso mod. F24 presentato in via telematica, ed è alternativo e non cumulabile, in relazione a medesime voci di spesa, con altre agevolazioni di natura fiscale.

ISTRUTTORIA DOMANDE Le domande potranno essere presentate in modalità telematica tramite posta elettronica certificata (PEC) e firma digitale. Entro 60 gg. dalla presentazione il Ministero Beni Culturali e Turismo comunica il riconoscimento e l’ammontare del credito d’imposta.
