Una nuova era per la certificazione energetica in Lombardia, la Giunta regionale, nei giorni scorsi, ha infatti approvato il Programma Energetico Ambientale Regionale e i relativi documenti previsti nell'ambito della Valutazione Ambientale Strategica (Vas).

Per rendere pienamente operativo il progetto di una nuova era per la certificazione energetica lombarda, già oggi sicuramente sul podio della graduatoria nazionale come può ben leggersi anche sul sito Unione Professionisti a proposito della classificazione energetica degli edifici, ha stanziato ben 175 milioni di euro reperiti da fondi Fesr, e oltre 50 milioni di euro recuperati dal Piano di sviluppo rurale.

A spiegare la ripartizione dei fondi è stato nei giorni scorsi lo stesso assessore regionale all'Ambiente, Energia e Sviluppo sostenibile Claudia Maria Terzi: "90 milioni sono destinati alla riqualificazione degli edifici pubblici; 20 milioni alla mobilità elettrica; 45 milioni all'illuminazione Smart; 20 milioni (Fesr) + 50 milioni (Psr) alla Banda ultra larga".  “Il Pear” Ha affermato la Terzi attraverso una nota stampa pubblica “ si fonda sull'assunto che tramite un unico principale obiettivo, che è il risparmio energetico, si possano centrare una serie di obiettivi strettamente connessi: obiettivo sulle Fer (Fonti Energetiche Rinnovabili), imposto dal Burden sharing nazionale; riduzione dei gas climalteranti; miglioramento della qualità dell'aria; ridare slancio all'economica lombarda, in particolare per quanto riguarda il settore della Green Economy, ad esempio l'industria della riqualificazione energetica edilizia, industria dell'efficienza energetica e delle fonti rinnovabili, e lo sviluppo di una sempre più moderna e corretta certificazione energetica".  

Come pensa di giungere all’obiettivo prefissato ?

"Per raggiungere gli obiettivi” chiarisce l’Assessore regionale Terzi “sarà comunque fondamentale il concorso di tutti gli attori in gioco trasversalmente a tutti i settori toccati dal Pear: civile, industria, trasporti e agricoltura"   Gli obiettivi, che se raggiunti confermerebbero la leadership lombarda nel settore delle normative relative a certificazione energetica e a programmi energetici pubblici in generale, verranno sviluppate attraverso la creazione di quattro grandi aree tematiche che andranno a comporre gli strumenti che vengono messi in campo: normativa e regolazione; semplificazione amministrativa; interventi finanziari; assistenza e accompagnamento agli Enti locali.
